Movies Anywhere

I led Product Design and User Research for Movies Anywhere, an app that consolidates all your digital movie purchases into one place. I designed the organizational feature 'My Lists' to curate a user's collection based on top interests and watch behavior, and then provide customization tools and gamification to complete recognized franchise sets. Managing a User Researcher as my direct report, we conducted extensive foundational research and iterative rounds of usability tests with users' actual movies in order to refine our personalization algorithm with our lead Data Scientist and Content partners. I have presented 'My Lists' to numerous executives and Studio stakeholders to highly positive reception, and I was selected to speak at Disney's annual UX Summit to share its story and impact.
