I am a product design leader who is happiest when problem-solving in creative ways, especially alongside teammates who keep me laughing and inspired. Over the past decade I have specialized in platform design including streaming, user-generated content, and interactive. I'm currently a Product Design Manager for Disney+, guiding teams in bringing beloved stories to audiences across the globe.
In my unplugged hours, I love to stay active and surround myself with music and good company. You can often find me traipsing through Topanga Canyon, oil painting, camping, and tending to our treehouse with my husband and two kitties.

I rely on my unique background in game design and user research to provide direction in 'designing the right thing' and 'designing things right'. I am experienced in crafting and presenting a strategy to stakeholders and guiding collaborators toward a shared vision.

With over a decade of experience designing for digital content platforms, I have collaborated with nearly every type of cross-functional team to launch best-in-class experiences. I have deep knowledge of multiple device types and content discovery best practices.

Management & Mentorship
I'm a big believer in accountability to team development. I currently manage and mentor a team of 6 stellar designers and take so much pride in shaping their growth. My early years as a teacher gave me experience in supporting diverse individuals' needs.

Research Foundations
I was fortunate to dually manage UXR and Design in my prior role, and I learned how to embed sound research methodology into my process. I partner with Insights teams of various disciplines to build justification for new opportunity areas and concepts.
